WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently we accept debit and credit cards (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
PANDI processes orders typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL IT?
Please send us an email at hi@pandicare.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest on our website.

Please note that by creating an account, you will be able to easily track your order status, view your order history, and receive exclusive offers and promotions.


Shipping

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?
All of our orders from within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.

International: Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America - DHL Express Worldwide, 5 business days.

International shipping rates may vary. Kindly note, PANDI is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
All products ordered within the United States come with free shipping except special offers.

International shipping is charged depending on the country you wish to ship to.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
PANDI ships to most international countries including Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes of the destination country.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
Kindly note that if your country requires duties and taxes to be paid for importing goods, these will be captured during the checkout process. You will not be required to pay any additional fees for importing your order. We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays or holds. Our customer care team is happy to help answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase.

Return & Refund

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and refunds on:
  • any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (within 15 days of receiving the item);
  • any item not delivered within 10 days of purchase (for orders within the USA only);
  • any item not delivered within 40 days of purchase (for international orders only).
PROCEDURE
Simply email us at hi@pandicare.com with your order number (SKU), the items you would like to be refunded, and the reason for refund (i.e., damaged or not delivered). If the item is not in its original condition, please attach photos when you email us.

You will be credited for the full purchase price of the item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that shipping charges are not included in refunds, and we can only replace products purchased on pandicare.com. If you bought any of our products elsewhere, please contact the retailer.

SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS
Special offer items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange any defective or damaged items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account for the refund. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
